My opinion on 19 Kids and Counting,

I'm sure most of you have either seen or heard of the show '19 Kids and Counting' but on the off chance you haven't I'll explain what it is about: A family with 19 kids and counting. Shocker, right?

Personally, I find it to be a pathetic excuse for entertainment. They should have named it, 'Let's see how many babies this strange lady can have', cause we all know that is the only reason the show gets any viewers. People are only interested because it's not normal to have that many children and there is a perfectly good reason for that. See, when the amount of children you have gets into the double-digits there is no possible way you can give each of them the amount of quality time and attention they deserve. It eventually comes to a point where the older children have the responsibility of raising the younger children, denying the teenagers of a real social life outside of the family.

Another thing that bothers me about the Duggar family would be all of the names beginning with the letter J. That is just way too much. Some may find it cute, but I on the other hand find it unbelievably tacky.

Could you imagine if every child in the Duggar family had just 2 children each? That would be 38 more kids. And if each of those kids had 2 kids then Mr & Mrs Duggar would be responsible for 95 kids all together. Nice.

I'm hoping the Duggars will stop with the child bearing and just focus on the beautiful children they have now. Treat them as special individuals and really get to know they lives they have created instead of acting like a full time daycare service.
